Shipping and Refunds

✨️ Do you allow for refunds?

We only allow refunds for our products contained in glass. These products will be our car diffusers or reed Diffusers. We will need to see photo evidence of either product being damaged upon delivery. This evidence can be sent to us via email at moonwaxmelt@gmail.com.

Please make sure to include your order # in email as well 😊

✨️ How long will it take for my products to be shipped?

Once your order has been placed, we will ship it out in 1-3 days.

✨️ How long will it take to receive my products?

Shipping speed will depend on the company you picked to ship with. Once we had over your package to the shipping company, it is their responsibility to let you know how long shipping will take.

✨️Why haven't I received my package yet?

Please make sure to track your package. Once we hand the package over to the shipping company, we no longer have eyes on it. Keeping up with your provided tracking number will give you the best answer for where your package may be.

✨️I don't like this scent, can I get a refund?

We do not provide refunds for scents you do not like. We encourage everyone to purchase a discovery scent set, that way you can see which scents you will like.
